a) Online Orders
The simplest way how to order from our online catalogue is by using a shopping basket. Add simply the chosen item into your shoping basket and continue your browsing.Do not be afraid to put in your shoping basket items, which you are thinking about but you are not sure, if you order them in the end. You can always easily remove any item from your shoping basket by one mouse click. After you add an item to your basket, a site showing the actual contents of your basket will appear. Here you can choose if you wish to continue browsing or searching in our catalogue or to remove and/or modify a number of item(s) from your basket or if you want to close your order.
Due to the number of copies ordered: in the field „Quantity“ of your basket is primarily presumed value „1“ for each item. If you wish remove any item from your basket, overwrite the value „1“ to „0“ and click on the button „Recalculate“. If you wish increase the number of copies of the same item, overwrite value „1“ to requested number of copies and click on „Recalculate“ button.
Sometimes, for example with uncomplete magazines (loose issues) more titles are listed within one item. In such a case please specify the ordered titles in the message when you close your order - there is a place for this and for your other wishes in the order form. Or, you can also order these items by email – just click on email button in the left panel. (By email you can of course order any other item as well).
After you close your browsing, check the contents of your shopping basket and send us your order by clicking the „Send order“ button (to click on the „Recalculate“ button before is always useful). You still need to fulfil an order form (your address, kind of payment, your other wishes etc.) and confirm your order. Receiving your order will be confirmed by an automatic reply. Within a day or two we will send you an information about your order – if everything ordered is available, the time order will be sent etc.
Why to use your shopping basket:
1. After you send your order, you get an email confirmation where you find a list of ordered items, their price, description, etc.
2. We can prepare your order more quickly for sending when you place an order through the basket.
Important:
Contents of your shopping basket will be lost when:
a) you realize no action for more than 20 minutes, or
b) you close your browser
b) Off-line Orders
It is possible to download our complete catalog for off-line browsing (at the bottom of right panel). This way is not so comfortable as online browsing but you can browse our catalog without an Internet connection.Important note: The prices in Czech crowns are usually fixed for longer time but the prices in other currencies can fluctuate up or down due to the current rate of exchange. In case that you download our catalog off-line and you place your order after several days, the prices could be slightly different. In such a case is valid the price which is listed in our online offer at the day when you place your order.
If you prefer to browse our catalog off-line, it is recommended to make a new off-line downoad after several days/weeks: first, current prices could be slightly different due to the actual rate of exchange. And second, some items could be added or removed - we update our database often.
