The complete Black repertoire against 1.e4. Similarly like in his previous books, Bologan offers in many cases two different variations. If White allows, Black plays the Classic variation 1.e4 c6 2.d4 d5 3.Nc3 dxe4 4.Jxe4 Bf5 (about 80 pages). Also the line 3.e5 Bf5 is examined in detail (100p). On the other 100 pages are analyzed other possibilities - Panov attack, Two Knights 2.Nc3 + 3.Nf3, Exchange variation 3.exd5, less common 3.f3, 2.c4, 2.d3 etc. The last section brings training positions, indexes of variants and players, bibliography. Pictures 2-5 show content of the book. GM Bologan wrote several repertoire books that have been widely accepted, such as Bologan's King's Indian, Bologan's Ruy Lopez for Black, The Powerful Catalan, and others.
