The Fourth author's book on the King's Indian deals with with classical lines. After 1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 g6 3.Nc3 Bg7 4.e4 d6 5.Nf3 0-0 6.Be2 e5 are analyzed all possibilities of White except the Mar del Plata variation, which is covered in volumes 2 and 3. Namely, the author on almost 300 pages analyzes 7.dxe5, 7.d5, 7.Be3, 7.0-0 Nc6 (without 8.d5). The other ca 150 pages cover the Makogonov system 5.h3, or 5.Nf3 with 6.h3, the systems with 5.Be3 (Karpov, Larsen) and the Averbach System 5.Be2, 6.Bg5.
