An item unsatisfactory for any reason may be returned (only in its original condition) within 14 days after receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (less postage and payment charges).

If any item has a serious defect not mentioned in the catalogue - I hope you will not find one :-) - we will refund (besides the purchase price) your postage as well. Please, do not return the claimed item immediately, contact Karel Mokry first.
