All boxes will be safety packed for shipping. All boxes are insured for the full price of contents – we ship only insured boxes because of the insurance being quite low in the Czech Republic.

You can always choose economy or priority sending. We assume the cheapest way available (economy) unless you write us else.

We answer for the loss of parcel, caused by the post - we will return your payment in full in case that the box is lost during the post way.

In case that a box will be returned to us due to a mistake of your post-office (e.g. they will not advice you about the box), we will ask you to pay postage, respectivelly return-postage (if any) and all other fees that will be caused.

You get an invoice in the currency which you are browsing our catalogue. Regular customers will receive an invoice together with the box. New customers (or those with large orders) may be asked for prepayment before sending. Date of maturity is within 2 weeks of receipt of the invoice.

Postage is extra. It is exactly at costs due to the Czech Post tariffs. Below tables show how much is your postage due to your country, weight of your order and kind of sending.

Prices in all tables are in Czech crowns. For your orientation, divide prices by 24 to get an approximate price in EUROs (or, divide by 19 to get an approximate price in USD).

All above listed rates are for registered letters (our guarantee says we cover the insurance to the full price of content). The above rates are cheapest method of shipment, the Czech Post offers no possibility to send books like "book rate" or "printed matter". For some countries is more advantageous, to send books as parcels even if the weight is lower than 2 kilograms. We will use this possibility always for countries in the Groups 1 and 2 (see below table).

1. Paypal ( http://www.paypal.com ). We cover all Paypal fees, there are no charges for the payers. Paypal has more than 100 Mio registered accounts - read more on their website. You must be registered with Paypal if you want use this payment method. You can pay us with all major credit cards by using Paypal.

2. Personal check, Cashiers check, (Scheck zur Verrechnung), International Money Order. A bank fee of 7.00 USD (or equivalent) will be added for orders under USD 300.00.
