You can order the book now, but we will ship it when it arrives. (in English known as The London System in 12 Practical Lessons). The book is devoted to the London system, that is, the opening characterized by the set-up d2-d4, Bf4, Nf3, e2-e3, c2-c3 and h2-h3. The author is more concerned with strategic ideas and plans, typical positions, move-orders, as well as typical tactics, combinations and endgames, than with analyses of specific variants. The book contains, among other things, 45 deeply annotated games, 48 exercises, indexes of names and variants. The book is written more for the White repertoire, but can be useful for both sides. Oscar de Prado himself has been playing the London System for a long time and is co-author of the successful book The Agile London System (2016, with Alfonso Romero).
