Paul van der Sterren, born 1956, strong Grandmaster, one of the best Dutch players in the last quarter of 20th century. Dutch champion in 1985 and 1993, in 1993 he qualified to the Candidates. He took part in 10 chess olympiads from 1982 to 2000. In this autobiographical book author describes his chess career from the first steps in late 1960s to the present. The book includes remembrances, comments and biographical informational as well as many (some 250-300) in detail annotated games. Name index and index of opponents in the end.
