Akiba Rubinstein belongs to the strongest players of chess history. The book covers the period 1921-1961 and contains 582 Rubinsteins games, many well annotated either with notes of top players of the time including Rubinstein himself, Alekhine, Lasker, Tartakower and others, or with authors notes. Chess and life biography, career record inclusive crosstables, ca 50 photos in text, bibliography and several indexes in the end. Rubinsteins name Akiva is not a mistake, in this form it appears in Jewish sources. The second edition of the book is for ca 40 percent larger than the first one.
