Mikahil Nekhemyevich Tal, 1936-1992, became the 8th World champion in age of 23. He was called The magician from Riga because of his attractive attacking style. This book is the third, final part of a trilogy and covers years 1972-1992. The book contains 108 deeply annotated games, chronologically arranged. Also during this period, Tal achieved great results: he was co-winner (wtih Karpov) of the supertournament Montreal 1979, so-called Tournament of Stars. In Soviet championship 1978, Tal won 6 games in a row; in 1988, Tal became World Blitz Champion.
