10 grams. Ca 13 (length) x 6 cm. The check is very likely the prize in the 1931 New York International Tournament, played April 18-May 3. The table of the tournament won by Capablanca can be found in the third picture. A. E. Santasiere signed the check in pen on the back. Very good: no flaws. The game was played in the 1st round. It is written in Hostinsky's hand, unsigned. Hostinsky won in 48 moves. The game can be found in the tournament book on pages 16-17 (Barta: Mezinarodni sachovy turnaj v Brne 1937. Brno, 1937, LN 5551). Size 21 x 15 cm. Good: some signs of use, 2x centre fold.
