Delivery conditions
Valid since 1 February 2025:
All boxes will be safely packed.
All
boxes sent within Europe are insured for the full price of contents,
independent on the weight (unless stated else).
All boxes sent outside Europe with the weight
over 2 kilograms are insured for the full price of contents (unless stated
else).
Regarding
boxes under 2 kilograms sent outside Europe, you can choose if you prefer
insured or non-insured shipment.
All orders within the European
Union must be in Euros only. (The only exception is the Czech Republic).
Orders from non-EU customers can be in EUR, USD, CZK or GBP
Orders where
you choose payment by bank transfer must be in euros
We will use the cheapest method of
shipment unless you write us else.
We will return your payment in
full in case that the box is lost during the post way (= for insured boxes).
In case that a box will be returned to us due to a mistake of your
post-office (e.g. they will not advice you about the box), we will ask you
to pay postage, respectivelly return-postage (if any) and all other fees
that will be caused.
Note: shipping to the UK is now somewhat
problematic. If you are from the UK, please email me.

Payment
Our philosophy is
that most customers can choose one method of payment where there are no
charges except for goods and postage.
Please note that from 1
July 2021 all orders within the European Union must be in Euros only.
(The only exception is the Czech Republic).
You can select one of following payment possibilities:
1. Wise (
https://wise.com/
). No additional charges for buyers. Available
worldwide.
Here is how to pay with
Wise. It is easy. Please never pay without the agreed amount:
1. Sign up with Wise (
https://www.wise.com/ ). If you already
have an account, Log in.
2. go to
Home on the
website and choose Send money
3. in the
You send Field,
select the invoiced currency and type the invoiced amount
4. in the Field
Recipients gets
set up the currency as EUR (Do not change the amount in this field, Wise
will do it by itself)
5. Enter our email address

6. Review the details and arrange payment

Our account at Wise is a Business Account.
Note: There is no fee on
our side when you pay via Wise. Wise charges a small fee for the payment,
which is usually several times lower than when paying by bank or through an
Internet wallet.
2. Paypal (
https://www.paypal.com
). Available worldwide.
Fees:
a) European Union: the fee
is 2.5% of the price of the goods + postage. This is approximately half of
Paypal fees. The other half goes into our account.
b) All other countries: the fee is 0%. We
cover all Paypal fees.
Note: Most countries have only one possibility
of payment method where there are no fees. However, some countries can have
both a bank transfer payment and a Paypal payment free of charge. These are
SEPA states (list below) that are not in the EU. If you have a possibility of Europayment by bank transfer free of
charge on your side, please select a bank transfer as the method of payment.
3. Bank Transfer in Euros. No additional charges for buyers.
Available in EU and some other countries.
Bank transfer must be in euros, with IBAN/BIC. It is
available for EU-members +
some other countires, members of SEPA like United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Monaco.
