The games are annotated partly by Najer, partly by the author of the book. The examples are divided into three groups - Tactics, Strategy, Endgames, so that the book can also serve as a textbook for intermediate and stronger players. At the end of the book there are detailed indexes of tactical motifs and strategic themes. Yevgeny Najer, 1977, Russian GM, peak rating 2707, became European Champion in 2015. Yevgeny Vorobyov is a Russian GM (peak rating 2621) and respected author.
