The author, World champion from 1935-1937 Max Euwe, writes about the tournament and brings round-by round information of both the Hague and Moscow parts of the event. The book contains all 50 deeply games and also all 75 games, which played the participants each other in the past, all annotated as well. Indexes and summaries in the end.
