Carlsen won 7.5 : 3.5 (+4, -0, =7) against Nepomniachtchi in Dubai and defended his world title. About half of the book is devoted to the match itself, with detailed analysis of all games by Daniel Gormally. On average, 10 pages are devoted to one game. In the second half of the book, there is detailed overview of the World championship matches since 1886 by chess historian Douglas Griffin with photos and selected annotated games, profiles of both players and a selection of their best games with deep annotations by Goran Arsovic. At the end post-match conclusions, interviews and even some intrigues. 3 pictures.
