Title: Black is Back! |
|
The author tries to prove that with the correct choice of the opening Black gets a balanced game and that the possibility of the first move does not bring an automatical advantage for White. Grandmaster Adorjan deals with this theme many years, he wrote several books on the subject such as Black is OK!, Black is Still OK! or Black is OK Forever!. Material is presented on almost 200 well annotated games, in which Adorjan himself often plays as Black. Andras Adorjan is Hungarian GM, he was Hungarian champion and World championship candidate. He played many times for Hungary in chess olympiads and he also worked as a second of Garry Kasparov. Further information about the book and a sample are available at newinchess.com
